| CPC is a general contracting firm that conducts business in Santa Barbara County. Chuck Cunningham began the business in 1980. His nephew, Patrick Carroll, now vice president of CPC, joined the company in 2001 after he received his business degree. Irene Parris Cunningham is Secretary/CFO. |

| CPC has done a variety of projects, including custom homes and residential remodels, commercial buildings, tenant improvements and restaurants.
