Dear Irene:

Enclosed please find the final payment, sent with pleasure, for a project that exceeded even our highest expectations. From the initial talks with Pat and Louie through the final details worked out with Bill every step was exercised with professionalism, concern, and expert craftsmanship.

When looking back at the last year (we began initial discussions with Pat last June!) we now laugh at the several spots along the way that at first seemed of concern. One such point in time was right in the begining having started our dealings with Pat, with whom we developed both trust and respect, we were somewhat uncertain about being handed off to this new Bill Mace guy ( : -). However, as the project progressed we found that Bill sincerely represented your firm in all the best of ways. His attitude, total customer focus, complete overall knowledge and understanding of the construction requirements, professionalism, and good humor made what could have been a long and unpleasant experience not only tolerable but ultimately a finished product that was, as I earlier indicated, beyond our expectations.

Obviously, the "Change Orders" and the costs, which we had fretted over in the beginning and as time rolled along were of concern to us as well. But, we knew we had chose Cunningham Parris not for the discount rates, but rather the craftsmanship and enduring quality. As we now enjoy this completed project we know that we made the right choice and that every penny was well spent, as the quality in the workmanship speaks for itself. We have had several folks stop by for a "tour" and next to "gorgeous" quality is the word that flows across their lips.

Not a day goes by that Deb doesn't walk into her room and comment on what a beautiful kitchen she now has. After all those years of putting up with our poor old house slowly falling apart and almost dreading coming home, it is now a true pleasure to walk through the front door.

So... rather than ramble on and on here, please accept our sincere thanks for a wonderful change in our little household. So many folks participated and we wanted to be sure to let them all know that their efforts were very much appreciated.

Please express our thanks to:

Louie... for his drawings and particularly his ideas on the island shape (ended up exactly as he had initially proposed!) (Deb kept a couple of his idea books for several months!!)

Pat.., for his help and particularly for always being straightforward and upfront about everything. He was truly a pleasure to work with and was a big reason (if not the main reason) why we decided to go with Cunningham Parris.

Jason... this guy is the best at what he does. We were so impressed with Jason, his work, and his attention to the fine details. Several times he had to improvise, and obviously this is when he is at his best. His mark is that of quality and it is evident throughout our kitchen.

The "crew" ... so many folks that I didn't get names of, but kept the place picked up, and cleaned up every night. Made it so that even though we were "camping out in our own home" it was tolerable.

Irene! ... Thanks for the wonderful and accurate paperwork and billing. It's been a true pleasure corresponding with you.

And of course Bill..., without whom the project wouldn't have been the same. Our sincerest thanks to Bill for all that he did along the way. He has earned our highest respect and we most certainly appreciate his can do and caring attitude. Our acclaim could go on and on, but we cannot do justice to the excellent service that Bill provided and always with a smile.

Even the fine details, such as the "subs" were top notch. From the cabinets to the roofing each was excellent and we greatly appreciate the quality that Cunningham Parr is represents.

Thanks again for everything, and yes we most certainly are very happy with the finished product. We have and continue to highly recommend your services to those who are considering any construction work.

Take care!!!

Jim and Debbie Bartlett!
