Chuck grew up in the San Francisco Bay area and started working in construction while attending San Jose State. Construction won out over the Radio and Television. After 5 years in the Santa Cruz area, Santa Barbara called and he has been here since the early 80s. Hobbies are gardening, tree growing and music.
