| Cunningham Parris Construction, Inc., (CPC) is a family-run general contracting firm that has been doing business in Santa Barbara County since the early '80s. Our projects have included historical restorations, custom homes & renovations, commercial buildings (both new and tenant improvements), restaurants and multi-family units. We encourage and install solar systems and energy efficient materials and recycle as much as possible in an effort to be more earth friendly. We have an on-staff designer who can help our clients develop their vision. We strive to provide the best service and quality, while understanding and implementing our clients' needs. Communication is the primary ingredient for a successful partnership and through open communication comes mutual trust. We endeavor to minimize inconvenience and disruption during renovation projects. |
